Wine has been made on Mallorca for more than two thousand years. The Romans planted these hillsides in 123 BC, and Pliny the Elder ranked the island’s wines among the finest of Italy. Several of the bodegas working the land today count among the oldest in Spain, keeping a Mediterranean vineyard tradition alive across generations.

We represent around 200 local winemakers — from historic estates to small family cellars — and champion Mallorca’s native grapes such as Manto Negro, Callet and Prensal Blanc. Under the DO Binissalem and DO Pla i Llevant, Mallorcan wine has earned genuine international standing: gold medals at the Decanter World Wine Awards, distinctions at competitions across Europe and consistently strong scores in the Guía Peñín. Its credibility and quality rise with every vintage.

Each tasting brings together three different bodegas at a time. We pour three to five rounds of wine, every one matched with local tapas — including Pa amb Oli, prepared fresh in front of you. Food and drink are always included in the price.
